As an ESPN Regulatory Engineer within the Reactor Engineering and Services Technical Department, your role will be to enforce regulations to ensure that equipment complies with regulations and schedules.
Missions :
- Coordination of regulatory actions by the regulatory manufacturer and subcontractors to apply the ESPN decree, and support for the preparation of technical documentation of a highly regulatory nature.
- Main interface with OH, notably for project regulatory follow-up meetings and technical discussions that may arise from new requirements, e.g. FNCs encountered during manufacturing.
- Main interface with the customer for regulatory aspects of projects,
- Organization of meetings and clarifications on the application of regulations with the OH, as well as inspections by the OH at the regulatory Manufacturer or its subcontractors.
- Management of responses to OH requests
- Reporting on all activities
You are recognized for your analytical skills, and are able to summarize and propose solutions to ensure the smooth running of the projects for which you are responsible. You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills, with a level of English that enables you to communicate smoothly. You are able to interface well with multidisciplinary teams (project managers, technical architects, calculation engineers, welding engineers, metallurgists, etc.).
You have a 5-year degree in engineering and at least 5 years' experience in complex pressure equipment matters. You are familiar with the ESPN decree and directive 2014/68/EU, and have a very good knowledge of the RCC-M code (ideally the articulation of the code and annexes ZY/ZZ).
