Your mission

 OTND is a company specializing in nuclear engineering, remediation and dismantling. As part of a project on the Cadarache site (13), we are looking for a Safety/Security Manager f/h.

 

 

With your strong skills in safety and environment, your missions will consist in :

 

  • Carry out safety inspections, lead safety talks and draw up associated reports.

 

  • Design and deliver in-house quality, safety and environment (QSE) training courses.

 

  • Monitor work-related accidents, analyze them and propose actions for improvement.

 

  • Define and monitor safety and environmental performance indicators.

 

  • Prepare and organize certification audits as well as customer audits.
    Check business files and worksites, ensuring their conformity.

 

  • Draw up risk exposure sheets.

 

  • Integrate safety and environmental requirements into operational documents.

 

  • Prepare safety and environmental risk analysis notes.

 

 

Your main security missions :

 

  • Carry out regular safety inspections.

 

  • Providing day-to-day support to employees on safety requirements specific to Basic Nuclear Installations (INB).

 

  • Raising awareness and training internal staff in good safety practices.

 

  • Define, implement and monitor specific safety indicators.

 

  • Assisting customers and safety authorities with safety missions.

 

  • Analyze and write detailed reports on safety events.

 

  • Monitor and draw up AIP (Impact and Risk Analysis) management sheets.

 

  • Integrate safety requirements into operational documents.

 

  • Actively participate in contractual, monitoring and performance meetings, as well as in all risk prevention initiatives.
Your assets

With 5 years' higher education (engineering school or university equivalent) in nuclear engineering, you have solid experience (3 years minimum) in the field of nuclear safety and security.

  

As part of our dynamic team, your rigor, adaptability and team spirit will be invaluable assets.

 

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
