Attached to the Operational Department "Engineering and Decommissioning and Waste Management Services" and supporting the Head of the Digital Transformation Unit at Onet Technologies, you will actively contribute to operational performance, modernization, and the digital transformation of the business lines.
Your main tasks are as follows:
Operational management
- Ensure the operational and functional management of business tools and applications
- Ensuring that deployed digital solutions remain operational
- Track and manage anomalies, change requests, fixes, and improvements
- Ensure the functional consistency of applications and their compliance with business processes.
User relations and requirements gathering
- Be the primary point of contact for users when gathering requirements
- Supporting users in mastering the software available to them
- Collect and analyze the digital needs of business teams
- Conducting professional workshops to identify opportunities for digitization
Digital project management
- Write digital project studies (scope, ROI, business value, risks, and recommendations)
- Technically manage projects from requirements gathering to maintenance in operational conditions
- Maintain contact with the manager and users
- Define procedures and rules for infrastructure deployments in production
Risk management and safety
- Identify and assess project and technical risks in a preventive manner
- Ensure constant monitoring of cyber risks and best security practices
- Ensure that solutions comply with Onet Technologies' security requirements.
