Job offer International HR projects manager F/H CDI Spain

The Onet International Division covers the Group's activities in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Luxembourg, Brazil and the United States. Reporting to the International HR Director, you will provide essential support to the team, while actively participating in the development and constant improvement of HR policies and processes within the business unit and its international subsidiaries.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Conduct process reviews across the entire back office scope, supporting subsidiaries in the identification and implementation of improvements and tools aimed at developing the efficiency and agility of operations.
Develop HR and social KPIs in conjunction with finance and IT teams
Support subsidiaries in developing and implementing health and safety policies: preventive culture, prevention of psychosocial risks, quality of working life, new working environments/modes, etc.
Work with subsidiaries' HR and operational teams to analyze, prevent and correct absenteeism.
Support subsidiaries in mapping and anticipating the main social risks
Monitor social reforms with a major impact on business
Support subsidiaries in the social aspects of transformations, reorganizations, M&A, etc.
Leading subsidiaries' inclusion/diversity policies
Manage HR/administrative issues for the international team (recruitment, integration, contracts, VIE, interns, etc.)

Your assets

With a BAC+5 degree in human resources or labor law, you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, particularly in a consulting firm. You have a sound knowledge of health, safety and quality of life at work.

You are recognized for your rigor, your ability to analyze and summarize, your proactivity and your high level of autonomy. In addition, your excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills will enable you to evolve with ease in a challenging, multicultural environment.

Your curiosity, your ability to work collaboratively and your taste for teamwork are well proven.

You have an international profile and a good command of the Group's three main languages: Spanish, English and French. Knowledge of Portuguese would be a plus.
