Analyze, draft and negotiate all types of private or public contracts (customers, suppliers and partners)
Assist operational and sales teams in preparing responses to calls for tender, executing contracts and managing contract amendments
Advise on industrial schemes/contractual engineering, and draw up commercial contracts related to the activities of Group companies (confidentiality agreements, exclusivity agreements, collaboration agreements, partnerships, GME agreements, etc.).
Advise and make proposals in pre-litigation matters and monitor litigation with lawyers and other stakeholders
Participate in drawing up procedures for the Legal and Compliance Department.
Collaborate with teams from other CYD divisions on cross-functional issues (corporate, contract management, compliance, etc.).

Your assets

With a university degree (BAC+5) in business law, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, acquired in a company. Ideally, you have already worked in industry/engineering.

You are recognized for your adaptability, tenacity, organizational skills and thoroughness. You are also a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

You are fluent in written and spoken English. An interest in compliance is appreciated.
