Analyze and draft all types of commercial contracts (customers, suppliers and partners): confidentiality agreements, exclusivity agreements, collaboration agreements, partnerships, GME agreements, etc.
Assist the operational and sales teams of the Group's various businesses in preparing responses to invitations to tender, executing contracts and managing contract amendments.
Support the Business Unit team in collaboration with other legal experts
Occasionally provide support on matters handled by other departments within the Legal and Compliance Division (corporate, contract management, compliance, etc.).

Your assets

With a university degree (BAC+5) in business law, you have at least 1 year's experience in a similar role, acquired in a company.

You are recognized for your analytical and writing skills, as well as your organizational skills and thoroughness. You enjoy teamwork and can work in project mode.

You are fluent in written and spoken English.
