Job Opening: Contract Lawyer (M/F), Permanent Position, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Based at the corporate headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Head of the Business Division, you will work on a wide range of contracts, covering both private and public sector projects. You will be at the heart of the group’s legal and operational challenges, regularly liaising with the sales and operations teams as well as the business divisions.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Analyze, draft, and negotiate all types of private and public contracts (with clients, suppliers, and partners), ranging from confidentiality and exclusivity agreements to joint venture agreements, partnerships, and collaboration agreements.
Assist the sales and operations teams across the various business units in preparing responses to requests for proposals, monitoring contract execution, and managing contract amendments.
Provide proactive advice on contractual risks and monitor litigation in collaboration with attorneys and external partners.
Help develop and update the Legal and Compliance Department's procedures
Collaborate with teams from other divisions within the Legal Department on cross-functional matters (corporate, contract management, compliance, etc.)

Your assets

You hold a Master’s degree in business law and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, gained in a corporate setting or at a law firm. Ideally, you have already worked in the B2B services sector.

You are known for your attention to detail, your organizational skills, and your ability to handle complex cases independently. With excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team and are able to adapt to a variety of people.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. An interest in compliance-related topics would be an asset for this position.
