Offer description

Your mission

Onet is hiring a Labor Lawyer (M/F) for its headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) as part of a work-study program.

 

Reporting to the Social and Legal Affairs Department, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Conduct research and monitor legal developments
  • Update legal kits
  • Prepare for and monitor workplace elections
  • Comply with legal requirements regarding collective bargaining.
  • Help update employment contracts
  • Develop legal communication materials for the HR network
Your assets

You are pursuing at least a four-year degree in labor law and are looking to contribute and develop your skills within a rapidly growing, internationally renowned organization.

You are known for your writing skills, your ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms, and your analytical and synthesis skills. Your ability to work well in a team and your strong interpersonal skills are well established.

You are proficient in legal research tools and methods, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.

You demonstrate attention to detail, independence, and curiosity. Proficiency with communication tools is a plus.
