Based at our head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Legal and Social Affairs Department, you will work on a variety of labor law issues in a multi-company, multi-collective agreement environment.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Provide legal advice and expertise to operational management and HR on all employment law issues (individual and collective)
Participate in the structuring and organization of social dialogue, particularly within the framework of the operation of central works councils, in liaison with HR teams.
Maintain an ongoing legal watch and analyze the impact of changes in legislation and collective bargaining agreements on the Group's businesses
Contribute to the preparation of collective bargaining (legal support, drafting of agreements, management of social calendar, etc.).
Participate in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of professional elections
Monitor litigation, if necessary, in conjunction with external counsel and the HR Department
Participate in cross-divisional projects (restructuring, mergers, social harmonization, etc.)
Information, awareness-raising and training initiatives for operational teams

Your assets

With a university degree (BAC+5) in employment law, you have at least 4 years' experience in a similar role, acquired within a legal department or law firm. Ideally, you have already worked in complex environments (large groups, multi-sites, multi-activities, etc.).

Recognized for your rigor and technical expertise, you have an excellent command of labor law, a good understanding of HR and social issues, and the ability to manage large-scale organization of social dialogue.

Your adaptability, writing skills, organizational skills and attention to detail are well proven. You are also a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
