As part of a replacement, the Onet Group's South-East Regional Division is recruiting an Employment Lawyer F/H.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your missions are as follows:
- Providing legal support to plants
- Validate "simple" disciplinary procedures and handle complex procedures
- Preparing personnel transfers
- Participate in calls for tender when necessary
- Manage litigation within your scope
- Update procedure kits for the network and develop training materials
- Handling relations with administrative authorities, the Labor Inspectorate, Occupational Medicine, etc.
- Ensure the follow-up of the CSE (elections, renewals, majority, etc.) and the quality of the handling of requests and questions from social partners
- Conducting social audits
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and communicate them to the network
- Ensure a good social climate
- Monitoring and communicating social indicators
With a university degree (BAC+5) in labor law or equivalent, you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, acquired in a multi-site environment. Ideally, you have already worked in the cleaning or BtoB services sector.
You are recognized for your rigor and technical expertise. In addition, you stand out for your autonomy, organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Regular travel is required, and a valid driving license is essential.
