Offer description

Your mission

Reporting to the Logistics Manager/Workshop Manager, and working closely with the operational teams, you will be responsible for managing storage, goods flows, and workshop tools, while ensuring stock reliability, product traceability, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

 

Your main tasks: 

  • Manage the storage of raw materials, consumables, tools, and workshop control equipment
  • Prepare purchase requests based on workshop and activity needs
  • Receive orders, check their compliance (quantities, references, condition), and identify recipients.
  • Record and log stock entries and exits, including tool loans for workshop work.
  • Organize and arrange items according to addressing and inventory management methods (FIFO/FEFO)
  • Ensure product traceability (barcodes, batch numbers, serial numbers)
  • Conduct inventories (rotating and annual) and ensure the reliability of inventory data.
  • Ensure that stock movements are updated in IT tools (ERP/WMS)
  • Apply and enforce Q3SER requirements (safety, cleanliness, waste sorting, product use, handling)
Your assets

You are a rigorous, organized, and reliable person with good team spirit and a strong sense of service.
You know how to manage priorities, respond quickly, and strictly adhere to procedures and safety rules.
You are comfortable with IT tools and enjoy working in a workshop/industrial environment.

You have completed CAP/BEP level training, a professional logistics qualification at Bac level, or have equivalent experience.
Ideally, you will have initial experience in a store, warehouse, or industrial environment.

You have a good grasp of the basics of inventory management and IT tools (ERP/WMS, Excel).
CACES R489 certification is required.
