Onet H. REINIER is recruiting a Rolling Stock Cleaning Agent (M/F)
Under the responsibility of the area manager and team leader, you will be involved in cleaning SNCF rolling stock.
You will actively contribute to maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of trains, ensuring a pleasant environment for passengers that meets our customers' requirements.
This position, which is essential to the smooth running of our rail operations, requires rigor, responsiveness, and a sense of service.
Reporting to the Area Manager/Team Leader who supervises you, your duties will be as follows:
- Perform various technical cleaning operations on rolling stock in accordance with established procedures and expected quality standards.
- Identify the operations to be performed, their nature, and their requirements based on work instructions.
- Select and prepare the necessary materials, products, and equipment, in compliance with safety and hygiene rules.
- Organize products and materials rationally on the cleaning cart.
- Work on trains, cars, or railcars according to schedules, strictly applying railway safety instructions.
- Perform particularly dirty and/or technical cleaning operations, particularly during specific interventions following animal collisions or accidents involving people, in accordance with the appropriate protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness on call during the day and at night, in line with operational needs and emergency situations.
- Apply professional cleaning techniques and use appropriate equipment (single-brush machines, scrubber-dryers, industrial vacuum cleaners, etc.).
- Check the quality of the services provided and report any anomalies or non-compliance.
- Communicate effectively with your team and management by completing the relevant documentation.
- Strictly comply with safety and hygiene rules and the rules governing the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the entire team to ensure continuity and quality of service.
- Use basic computer tools (Microsoft Office suite) to monitor activity.

- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, railway cleaning, or a similar environment is desirable.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform demanding tasks, including those that may be messy.
- Customer service orientation, team spirit, and adherence to procedures.
- Rigorous, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work irregular hours (day/night, weekends, on-call duty).
- Independence, sense of responsibility, and desire to grow within a leading group in the cleaning and services industry.
