Job Opening: Supervisory Worker – Assistant Site Manager (M/F) – Permanent Position

You provide support to team management, ensure the quality of the work performed and compliance with safety regulations, and actively participate in field operations.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

Team Management and Organization

Serve as the manager's stand-in in the event of the Site Manager's absence
Supervise and support field staff
Ensure compliance with work instructions and internal procedures
Help organize and coordinate teams
Distribute the products/supplies in the absence of your supervisor

Performance and Quality Monitoring

Monitor the quality of services provided on trains
Identify anomalies or non-conformities and implement corrective actions
Provide regular feedback to the Site Manager

Safety and Prevention

Ensure compliance with safety rules and the use of PPE
Ensure that train protection measures are implemented
Help prevent risks
Organize and lead safety and quality meetings with the teams
Report any incident or risky situation

Using tools and applications

Use the software and applications needed to track activity (Excel, internal applications, etc.)
Ensure that teams use the tools properly

Operational participation

Actively contribute to the successful delivery of on-site services

Additional information:

Work location: Nantes Train Station / Chantenay Site
Reports to: Site Manager
Job Type: Position involving supervisory responsibilities
Hours: Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Salary: between $23,000 and $25,000 per year
Year-end bonus, vacation bonus, profit-sharing bonus, and incentive bonus
Transportation options between Nantes Station and the Chantenay site

Your assets

Two to three years of higher education or experience in cleaning
Ability to organize and manage a cleaning team,
Knowledge of TCO 509 and SNCF standards,
Knowledge of safety-related documents, the Prevention Plan, and safety data sheets.
Knowledge and proficiency in computer skills (particularly Excel)
Rigor
Organizational skills
Class B driver's license
