As Operational Performance Manager, you will report to the multi-site manager of your scope and work functionally with site managers and their operational teams.
You'll be working directly on our various customer sites, so you'll be working on multiple sites in the region. Our customers come from a variety of sectors, so you'll be working on a wide range of subjects.
In this context, your missions are as follows:
METHODS AND PROCESSES MANAGEMENT
o Design of the global supply chain for sites within the scope of activity (flow analysis, implementation, organization)
o Preliminary studies for new sites
o Continuous improvement projects within the scope of activity (5S)
o Management of logistics methods projects in line with Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery and Personnel objectives
o Participate in the development and implementation of the production system's operational action plan
o Determine processes, identify, estimates and implements operational improvements within its scope
o Drafts and updates operating procedures and work instructions in collaboration with the Q3SE manager
o Leads the search for optimization with operational staff
o Participates in various meetings with customers within its scope, the agency and the Operational Excellence Department
o Participate in the implementation of "complex" projects or changes initiated by the customer, in collaboration with the Operational Excellence Department
o Participate in the implementation of digital projects to improve the performance of our service, in collaboration with the IT Department
o Comply with the Integrated Management System and communicate on any changes to be made.
PERFORMANCE
In collaboration with the operational teams:
o Ensure the implementation of monitoring and steering tools on all sites within its scope (dashboards, graphs, KPIs, etc.)
o Analyze the evolution and performance of KPIs (via 5P causal analysis tools, QQOCP, ISHIKAWA).
You have a 5-year degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, production management or operations management.
A specialization in operational excellence or project management is a plus.
You have several years' experience in methods management, continuous improvement or logistics, ideally in an industrial or logistics environment.
You have experience in project management and leading cross-functional workgroups.
You are familiar with continuous improvement tools: 5S, Kaizen, KPI management and analysis, and problem-solving methodologies: 5P, QQOQCP, Ishikawa.
You have a good sense of analysis and the ability to summarize. You have the ability to manage projects and unite teams.
You have good interpersonal skills for interacting with operational teams and customers.
