Reporting to the Multi-Site Director, we are seeking a Site Manager for one of our clients, a market leader in the precision sealing industry.

You will manage a dedicated logistics operation covering everything from receiving goods to shipping them, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
You manage and lead the site: sizing teams (recruitment, etc.),
- You will complete the weekly timesheets and submit them to the regional office in Joué-lès-Tours,
You collaborate with your agency to manage contracts, amendments, bonuses, and overtime, by transmitting the necessary information to administrative services for payroll and invoicing.
- You will work with the Multi-Site Director to monitor the site's KPIs to ensure effective management and take corrective action as needed,
- You will ensure that key performance indicators are met and that customer service is improved,
- You will participate in continuous improvement and operational performance projects led by the agency's Operational Performance Manager.
- You manage a team of about 10 employees, including some temporary staff
- You are present on-site to ensure that logistical operations proceed on schedule and meet established quality and cost requirements,
- You optimize team organization by adjusting schedules to ensure maximum efficiency,
- You strive to maintain a positive social environment.
- In an off-site setting, you ensure customer satisfaction
You manage the daily interface with it.
- You ensure that the site meets the strictest security requirements.
You have prior experience in logistics in a site supervision or team management role,
Ideally, you have a college degree in management, logistics, engineering, or a related field,
Experience participating in or managing continuous improvement or operational performance projects is a plus,
You are proficient in the IT tools required to manage site operations, particularly WMS systems
You demonstrate independence (finding solutions on your own, taking the initiative), and you have excellent communication skills (regular contact with clients),
You are known for your assertiveness and your ability to facilitate change. You know how to evolve work practices in a patient and consistent manner, while helping to maintain a positive work environment.
