Based at the Marseille head office (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Accounting, Tax and Financing Department, your main task will be to carry out customer service operations in compliance with procedures and deadlines.

In this context, your main activities are as follows:

Create new customer files and modify existing customer files
Deactivate or delete customer records with no movements
Process customer payments (cheques, drafts and transfers)
Managing reimbursements
Manage customer notifications: record and file customer letters and e-mails

Your assets

With a higher education in accounting, you have a first successful experience in similar functions.

You are recognized for your excellent knowledge of accounting techniques.

Versatile and responsive, you are capable of handling large volumes. You are also a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

You have a good command of office automation tools (particularly Excel) and accounting software.
