Reporting directly to the Business Director and based at the nuclear power plant (CNPE), your responsibilities will consist of managing the site's technical and human resources for construction site assistance services in order to ensure profitability and development objectives are met, in accordance with the strategy established by the company's management.
In this context, your responsibilities will include:
Supervise staff recruitment
Ensure that all staff within your scope meet the conditions for intervention (training/certification/skills)
Organize, supervise, and lead the operations teams
Establish contract execution schedules
Ensure the profitability of your area of responsibility through cost control and business development
Monitor and analyze operating results and define strategic priorities in consultation with management
Propose and implement corrective actions, propose areas for continuous improvement (in terms of HR, organization, Q3SER, investment, etc.)
Maintain and develop relationships of trust with EDF customers.
You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the nuclear sector. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in management and/or technical fields
Organizational skills and budget management expertise are essential for success in this position.
