Offer description

Your mission

 

Reporting to the Project Manager and the Operations Department, we are seeking a warehouse management system specialist who will ensure the system runs smoothly, support the operational teams, and help optimize logistics processes.


Your responsibilities will include the following:


WMS Operational Support:

- You will provide daily user support,

You diagnose and resolve incidents related to the WMS.

You manage anomalies (stock discrepancies, blockages, etc.),

- You support field teams in the use of the tool.

 

Administration and configuration:

- You configure the WMS (locations, flows, management rules),

- You update data (items, customers, repositories),

You manage user rights and access,

- You monitor interfaces with the ERP and other systems.

 

Continuous improvement :

- You analyze existing logistics processes,

You identify malfunctions,

- You propose optimization initiatives

You contribute to improving the productivity and reliability of operations.

 

Projects & Deployment:

- You participate in WMS deployment projects

- You conduct functional tests.

- You draft procedures and user support documentation.

You train users.

 

Monitoring & reporting:

- You will ensure incident tracking,

- You analyze performance indicators (KPIs),

- You produce regular reports

Your assets

 

Your profile:

- Higher education qualification (Associate's to Master's degree level) in logistics, supply chain, IT, or a related field,

- Experience in a logistics environment, ideally in warehouse operational activities,

- Experience required in using Reflex WMS,

Proficiency in logistics processes, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of operational flows and challenges.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in an operational context

- Proficiency with IT tools and ability to adapt to different systems,

- Ability to support and train users, demonstrating strong pedagogical skills

- Service-oriented and practical approach, with a commitment to operational proximity,

- Responsiveness, thoroughness, and organizational skills,
