In light of our strong growth, we are expanding our Metz office by hiring a site supervisor (M/F).

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are responsible for preparing, carrying out and monitoring technical installation and maintenance operations, while ensuring that objectives (quality, cost and deadlines) are met. You are also responsible for contractual commitments and customer satisfaction.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Represent the company and maintain its image
Ensure that procedures and contractual commitments are applied, while guaranteeing service quality and compliance with costs.
Support bid preparation and analyze bids
Manage purchasing requirements, planning and cost optimization
Manage relations with subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure equipment parameterization, commissioning and compliance with standards
Measure variances between forecasts and actuals
Facilitate the flow of information and share your technical expertise
Ensure compliance with safety instructions
Enhance the skills of our staff and ensure their effectiveness

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the field of electronic security or low-voltage systems in the broadest sense.

Recognized for your technical expertise and your ability to manage projects, you are capable of steering work within budget and time constraints. You also have solid experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers.

You are rigorous, adaptable and able to resolve complex situations. Your excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit are essential assets in this position.
