Your mission

Reporting to the Site Manager, we are looking for a
Assistant Site Manager in the aeronautics sector. 

 

The missions will be as follows: 

Management / Operations :

  • You manage a team.
  • You are on the ground to ensure that logistics operations are carried out on time and according to the quality and cost requirements set.
  • You optimize team organization: you adjust schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • You maintain a good social climate
  • You monitor site KPIs to ensure effective management and take corrective action where necessary.
  • You are responsible for achieving key performance indicators and improving customer service.

Customer relations :

  • You ensure customer satisfaction and manage the daily interface with them
     

Quality, Safety and Environment:

  • You ensure that the site complies with the strictest safety requirements
     

To manage and steer the site, you may be required to :

  • You will support the site manager in managing and directing the site: sizing teams (recruitment, etc.)
  • You carry out the weekly tally and forward it to the regional agency.
  • You work with your agency to manage contracts, amendments, bonuses and overtime, passing on the necessary information to the administrative departments for payroll and invoicing.
Your assets

You have knowledge of the aeronautical world.

You have a first successful experience in site supervision and team management,

 

You have at least 2 or 3 years' higher education in management, logistics, business, administration or a related field.

You are familiar with the IT tools needed to manage site operations.

 

You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams,

You are recognized for your versatility, sense of responsibility and results orientation, as well as your team spirit, active listening skills and ability to take the initiative.

 

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
