Job offer General Services Technician F/H CDD Puy de Dôme (63)

Working within the Multi-Technical Department, the general services technician is responsible for managing multitechnical/multi-service maintenance services within his/her geographical area, guaranteeing quality of service and compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.

Your main tasks:

Ensure the methodical, rigorous, and efficient execution of minor finishing works (carpentry, locksmithing, false ceiling tile replacement, floor covering, threshold bars, paint touch-ups, etc.), as well as plumbing and electrical works (leak repair, installation and troubleshooting of lighting and power outlets).

-Performing furniture installation and securing.

-Manage unforeseen events and incidents by anticipating and detecting failures.

-Monitor the proper functioning of installations and equipment, ensuring their compliance.

-Identify, estimate, and execute repair work.

Provide regular reports on your activity to your line manager and contribute to the improvement plan for the local services strategy

Ensure compliance with HSE conditions on sites and apply clients' internal regulations.
