Reporting to the Regional Development Director, you will actively contribute to strengthening and developing Onet's activities in the region.
In this context, your main activities are as follows:
- Define, build and update the sales action plan for your area;
- Create and use an active prospect file in the CRM tool;
- Make physical appointments with prospects and present our activities to them;
- Understand and analyze the needs of prospects and customers;
- Draw up quotations and commercial offers, checking the feasibility of projects and presenting offers;
- Build the commercial response to calls for tender by identifying the customer's expectations and challenges, in order to propose a relevant and appropriate offer;
- Participate in sales presentations and negotiate price and technical offers;
- Participate in site openings at the request of Branch Managers;
- Keeping an eye on the market;
- Report monthly on your actions to your line manager;
With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a sales role in the BtoB services sector. Ideally, you have already worked in the cleaning sector.
A real developer, you have strong negotiating skills, tenacity and a taste for results. With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt your discourse and arguments to a variety of contacts.
You are also recognized for your rigor, autonomy and organizational skills.
A good knowledge of the regional economic fabric would be appreciated.
Regular travel is required, and a valid driving license is essential.
