Onet Airport Services, a subsidiary of the Onet Group, specializes in airport assistance services. The company has over 500 employees across France, including 400 at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, serving customers of several airlines.
Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to integrating new employees. You are a key player in the company's growth.
Your tasks :
- Define and implement the recruitment strategy in line with the company's needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, advertising, sorting applications, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners (recruitment agencies, schools, etc.).
- Set up and monitor recruitment performance indicators.
- Integration of new employees.
- Participate in the development of the employer brand.
- Monitor changes in the job market and best practices in recruitment.
- You have a degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology or equivalent.
- You have at least 7 years' significant experience in recruitment, ideally in a multi-site and/or fast-growing environment.
- You have an excellent knowledge of sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
- You are familiar with recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, professional social networks, etc.).
- You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, your ability to convince and your sense of service.
- You are organized, rigorous, autonomous and a strong team player.
- You are fluent in English.
