ONET TECHNOLOGIES, the nuclear division of the ONET Group, with over 3,000 employees in its 5 operational departments, is present throughout the entire life cycle of nuclear installations.

 

As part of the Operations and Training Department and reporting to the Head of Operational Resources (RMO), you will work across the Agency’s entire operational scope to support resource planning and assist in the management of human resources.

  

 Here are the challenges we propose to meet together:

 

- Identify the needs of the various sites and sectors within its scope and propose solutions to address those needs
- Ensure that talent is properly allocated based on skills.
- Support team development by suggesting training initiatives tailored to on-the-ground needs.
- Manage the tracking and planning tool for permanent, fixed-term, and temporary staff.
- Oversee temporary staffing needs based on site activity.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and framework agreements signed with our partner temporary staffing agencies.

 

 

Your assets

Do you recognize yourself? 

 

Holder of a two-year college degree in administration or with initial successful experience in a similar position, ideally in the nuclear sector.

 

Autonomy, rigor, adaptability and the ability to work as part of a team will be key to success.

With strong interpersonal skills and a rigorous approach, you know how to organize yourself.


 

Writing skills and computer proficiency required (Office Suite) 

 

Full-time permanent contract

Position based in Bugey or St. Alban

 

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
