Our activities are grouped into 3 main business lines: reactor design, maintenance and modification; dismantling, decontamination and nuclear waste treatment; operator services and training.

Through its site assistance services (radiation protection, regulatory inspections, nuclear logistics, etc.), the Operations and Training Division contributes to the major challenges of EDF's "Grand Carénage" program, which aims to extend the operating life of nuclear power plants.

We are recruiting for the PALUEL site:

Safety/Radiation Protection Officer M/F

Under the responsibility of the PDP unit site manager, you will:

Receive and verify the quality of the documents comprising the Prevention Plan file.

Organize and participate in various co-activity coordination meetings
Carry out site monitoring and file control
Alert the SPR department of significant interference by formalizing the discrepancies.
Check safety and/or radiation protection conditions on construction sites, the documents required for firefighting work in Orange and Red Zones.
You will have a support/advisory/supervisory role in the areas of fire prevention, FME, safety, radiation protection, and site logistics.

Your assets

As a holder of Level 2 nuclear training qualifications, you have proven experience working on nuclear facilities. STARS 4, 5.1, and 5.2 certifications will be an additional asset to your application.

Autonomy, rigor, initiative and the ability to work as part of a team will be key to success.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.

Full-time permanent contract

Basket and travel allowance

Variable working hours depending on activity

Domestic travel to nuclear sites only outside of site shutdown periods
