Offer description

Your mission

As part of projects in the nuclear industry, we are looking for a GENERAL INSTALLATION DESIGN ENGINEER.

Reporting to the Technical and Industrial Department (DTI) and working as part of the general installation team, you will work alone or as part of a team depending on the size of the projects.

You will work on the design or modification of nuclear facilities, the creation of fluid networks, handling systems, and steel structures, as part of preliminary projects or turnkey contracts.

You will join the BIM team, led by our BIM manager, and will be able to tackle topics related to all trades, depending on your experience.

You will be required to perform 3D scanning, both acquisition and post-processing, following our internal training.

You will be involved in a variety of assignments and projects:

  • On-site surveys, 3D scanning, post-processing
    CAD modeling (Solidworks, Revit) of facilities, networks, and systems
  • Editing of layout plans, guides, details, isometric drawings
  • Writing notices and other technical documents
  • Completion of TCE synthesis mission
  • Participation in technical meetings, virtual/augmented reality design reviews
  • Consultation with suppliers, monitoring of implementation

 

 

Your assets

With a two- or three-year college degree, you have at least five years of experience as a designer, preferably in the nuclear field.

You are proficient in Revit and/or Solidworks.

You are eager to learn, grow, take on new projects, and develop your skills.

You are thorough, curious, and have good listening and communication skills.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
