Working within the Technical & Industrial Division at Pierrelatte, and in particular the ECC department, the Electricity & Control Technical Advisor will be involved in multi-disciplinary projects in collaboration with other teams or departments in the Onet Technologies Technical Department.
In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:
- Intervene as early as the bid phase, to analyze the technical capacity to carry out the project and guide towards technically and financially efficient solutions.
- Identify technical risks as early as the tender stage and throughout project implementation, to provide technical visibility for GO/NO GO positioning if necessary, and a vision of how technical risks are evolving.)
- Participate in high-stakes technical design reviews and cross-functional technical meetings on projects, on request
- Research and devise solutions adapted to the context and challenges identified, in consultation with the Technical Architect.
- Participate in drawing up the multi-year R&D program in line with the strategic plan, and ensure the deployment and progress of the part for which it is responsible.
- Develop innovative solutions and drive change in its area of expertise
- Observe and analyze technological and scientific developments (technical and competitive intelligence)
- Carry out diagnosis, analysis, study, project, execution and expert appraisal assignments
- Ensure the consistency of studies in its area of expertise
- Maintain and organize the technical library and make it available to the network
- Ensure the capitalization and exploitation of technical REX
- Pass on knowledge within the company to ensure the continuity of knowledge and the development of team skills; participate in the integration of new arrivals in the department.
- Run internal and/or external training courses and conferences.
You have a 5-year higher education diploma or an engineering degree in instrumentation/electricity/electronics/automation, and solid professional experience in a technical design office on complex industrial projects.
