Cleaning: entrance halls, elevators, stairwells, landings, exteriors, courtyards, building approaches, parking lots, gutter grates, walls, doors, handles, ancillary premises, rubbish room, bulky goods room, spider's web, cellars, garbage and leaf collection, bulky goods removal (storage in bulky goods room and removal of bulky goods), removal and return of containers, rotation of containers.

➢ Salt spreading and snow removal around residences...

➢ Telephone with Internet

➢ Handling telephone complaints

➢ Technical inspection of homes and residences

➢ Lodge duty 8:00-9:00 and 17:00-18:00

➢ Daily report of on-site malfunctions and photo report (to RT and Chargés): by email/telephone

➢ Monitoring and reporting on work carried out by contractors

➢ Key management: key ring at the lodge

➢ Distribution of receipts, service charge settlements, SLS survey...

➢ Ensuring communication: posting information notes

➢ Pre-EDL housing visit for candidates

➢ Asset inspection (rounds, visual building inspection, housekeeping inspection, technical inspection)

➢ Report the presence of clutter, rats, squatters, incivilities etc.

➢ Ensuring compliance with internal regulations

➢ Contact the lift/heating maintenance contractor directly to report a fault

➢ Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
