Would you like to join a large, well-known group and contribute to the logistics performance of a strategic industrial site? Do you enjoy managing operations, supervising large teams, and optimizing flows in a context of continuous improvement?

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for Shipping and Receiving, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running and high quality of operations for a major international industrial client.

Logistics operations management

Take charge of shipping and receiving activities, with an overview of other flows on the site.
Organize and supervise operations: receiving, shipping,
Adapting to fluctuations in activity: in the event of a decline in activity,
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.

Team management and leadership

Managing a team of 60 people: forklift operators, order pickers, warehouse workers, team leaders, and quality control representatives.
Support and lead in three shifts,
Maintaining a peaceful social climate: presence in the field, listening, managing individual situations,
Adapt resources according to activity and recruitment difficulties.

Managerial rituals and coordination

Facilitate daily rituals: check-ins with teams, support, and relevant functions.
Participate in short loops to quickly resolve priority issues.
Contribute to the coordination time required for the site to function: social monitoring, field organization, unreplaced departures, planning, and logistical forecasts.

Performance monitoring and continuous improvement

Monitor operational indicators: quality, productivity, deadlines, anomalies,
Identify bottlenecks and oversee corrective actions,
Actively participate in the continuous improvement process, which is very much in evidence on the site.
Contribute to the reliability and fluidity of logistics flows.

Your assets

Successful experience in managing logistics teams (ideally 40+ people),
Proficiency in logistics operations: receiving, shipping, preparation, storage,
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and management tools,
Leadership, ability to unite and calm a group,
Customer focus, rigor, performance culture,
Interest in continuous improvement.
