As part of our activities on the SOGEVAL ICPE site, we are strengthening our logistics organization and recruiting a Transport Office Manager.

Reporting to the Logistics Operations Department, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and regulatory compliance of transport flows, in an ICPE classified environment, subject to stringent requirements in terms of safety, traceability and compliance with procedures.

Your main tasks:

1. Organization and coordination

You organize and plan transport and logistics activities to ensure the smooth running of services.

You mobilize the necessary human and material resources, coordinate teams and ensure that work is properly prepared, while respecting processes, deadlines and safety.

2. Transport management and compliance

You supervise incoming and outgoing flows, optimize transport plans and ensure that operations comply with ICPE and ADR regulations.

Working closely with the Transport Safety Advisor (CST), you ensure that documents are properly kept and that regulatory controls are complied with.

You monitor performance indicators (costs, service quality, compliance) and suggest actions for improvement.

3. Management and performance

As a hands-on manager, you will supervise the Transport Office team, manage priorities and develop the skills of your colleagues.

You ensure safety, quality and operational performance in a spirit of continuous improvement.

4. Quality, Safety and Environment

As guarantor of the Q3SER approach, you ensure that safety, health, security, environmental and radiation protection requirements are applied.

You encourage a culture of prevention and rigor shared by all stakeholders.

Your assets

You have a sound knowledge of ICPE, ADR and hazardous materials transport regulations.

Your rigor, organization and analytical skills enable you to manage your activities effectively.

Experience in the nuclear, chemical or waste treatment sectors would be an asset.
