The certifications and prevention manager is responsible for compliance with certification standards, and for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, while guaranteeing compliance with current regulations.

Your main tasks are :

1. QHSE domain :

Contribute to the management of the Quality, Safety and Environment management system for our activities, particularly in the cleaning, logistics and production sectors.
Prepare and take part in management reviews (particularly for EN 9100 and EN 9120 scope).
Plan and manage certification audits (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, EN 9100, EN 9120, AEO).
Participate in customer audits and perform internal system audits.

2. Radiation protection :

Assume the role of radiation protection advisor, advising on workplace design and safety, worker exposure monitoring, and dosimeter management.
Assess the risks associated with ionizing radiation and define the necessary preventive measures.
Manage worker exposure monitoring and coordination of radiation protection measures.
Draw up individual exposure sheets, prepare radiological work schedules, and monitor doses via the SISERI platform.

3. Position of CEFRI Designated Manager :

Manage the radiation protection management system (RMS) and train supervisors.
Plan and manage CEFRI certification audits and ensure compliance of employee-related records (medical check-ups, training, exposure sheets).

4. Safety area :

Central Security Officer, in charge of clearance management, personnel administrative inquiries, and updating job catalogs.
Organize awareness-raising sessions and interface with the DRSD.
Safety correspondent for the STITCH platform, guaranteeing the company's safety in accordance with DSAC standards.

Your assets

Skills :

Solid command of health, safety and environmental regulations, as well as the French Defense Code (IGI 1300, IM 900, IM 6600).
Expertise in ISO, aeronautical (EN) and CEFRI standards, as well as ionizing radiation regulations.
Excellent anticipation and writing skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Professional Experience :

Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience in QHSE, with specialization in radiation protection and safety.

Training and diplomas :

Master's degree in hygiene, occupational safety, environment, or equivalent engineering diploma.
Training: Safety Officer (CISIA), Competent Person in Radiation Protection, Auditor, and certifications to work in INB zones.
