Working in the sales department of the Reactor Engineering and Services Division, you will be responsible for managing and developing your customer portfolio in line with management objectives and guidelines.
As such, your main duties will be :
- Develop one or more key NDT accounts
- Managing customer relations
- Identify and manage sales opportunities as early as possible
- Hosting Go/No Go & Bid/No Bid events
- Participate in defining and implementing the department's strategic orientations
- Participate in the development of new offers and services
- Help define strategic partnerships with Purchasing
- Participate in CND trade fairs, events and associations
- Monitor and manage sales indicators
- Keep the CRM up to date on opportunities and customer meetings
- Manage and carry out regular customer reviews
- Drafting technical and commercial offers
With 2 to 5 years' higher education, you have experience in the field of NDT, with a commercial bent or successful experience in business development/profit center management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to synthesize information and good writing skills are also necessary for the successful implementation of the position.
Frequent national travel is expected.
