ONET TECHNOLOGIES, the nuclear division of the ONET Group, with over 3,000 employees in its 5 operational departments, is present throughout the entire life cycle of nuclear installations.

Through its site assistance services (radiation protection, regulatory inspections, nuclear logistics, etc.), the Operations and Training Division contributes to the major challenges of EDF's "Grand Carénage" program, which aims to extend the operating life of nuclear power plants.

Reporting to the site manager, you will be responsible for the site's support services, including

HR monitoring, skills development and training,
Monitoring of performance, associated indicators, successful completion of field visits and internal control plan,
Ensures strict application of the company's quality, organizational and technical processes,
Internal coordination, resource planning and management,
Supervision of innovation and digitalization projects.

In this capacity, your main tasks will be to lead and deploy LEAN methods:

- Ensure that Q3SER guidelines, procedures and standards are understood and implemented by all,

- Ensure that contractual requirements are understood and respected,

- Receive and analyze customer complaints, diagnose causes and define corrective actions,

- Guarantee customer satisfaction and keep the progress plan up to date,

- Advise and provide technical support to departments and customers,

- Define, record and monitor performance measurement indicators,

- Analyze indicators and submit improvement actions,

- Raising awareness and training staff and subcontractors,

- Reporting to line management,

- Improve organizational/technical processes and support cultural change.

- Stimulate a proactive attitude on the part of all those involved, particularly in terms of safety and security,

- Contribute to and participate in the preparation of various audits,

Your assets

You have a 5-year degree in Lean and Continuous Improvement Management or similar,

Specialization in operational excellence or project management is a plus.

Your experience and knowledge of the industry will be taken into account when you apply for the job.
