Your mission

Through its site assistance services (radiation protection, regulatory inspections, nuclear logistics, etc.), the Operations and Training Division contributes to the major challenges of EDF's "Grand Carénage" program, which aims to extend the operating life of nuclear power plants. 

 

Here are the challenges we propose to meet together:

 Reporting to the site manager, you will be responsible for site support services, including

HR monitoring, skills development, and related training
 

Monitoring performance, associated indicators, the successful completion of field visits, and the internal control plan
 

Ensures strict compliance with the company's quality, organizational, and technical processes.
 

Internal coordination, resource planning and associated management, supervision of innovation and digitization projects
 

In this capacity, your main tasks will be to lead and deploy LEAN methods:

Ensure that Q3SER standards, procedures, and norms are understood and implemented by all,
Ensure that contractual requirements are understood and complied with,
Receive and analyze customer complaints, diagnose causes, and define corrective actions,
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the progress plan,
Advise and provide technical support to departments and customers,
Define, collect, and monitor performance measurement indicators,
Analyze indicators and submit improvement actions,
Raise awareness and train staff and subcontractors,
Report to management,
Encourage a proactive attitude among all stakeholders, particularly with regard to safety/security,
Contribute to the preparation of various audits and participate in them,

Your assets

You have a master's degree in Lean Management or a specialization in Operational Excellence, and you are also proficient in the prerequisites of project management. Initial experience in industry or in services to industry is required.

Depending on your experience, we'll provide you with support for your job and for the nuclear logistics professions.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to work as part of a team and your sense of responsibility and results. Your ability to make decisions will enable you to succeed in this position.
