Job offer Accounts payable manager F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

Based at the head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Accounting and Projects Manager, you will be responsible for all accounting operations in line with Group procedures and deadlines.

As such, your main tasks are as follows:

Manage and federate a team of 20 people, whose skills you will be responsible for developing
Play an active role in recruiting, integrating and retaining employees
Participate in ERP changeover and implement internal control procedures
Manage the department's performance indicators and dashboards
Be a driving force behind optimization initiatives and actively participate in department projects
Manage accounting closures (suppliers and treasury) in conjunction with Central Controlling
Liaise with the Group's CACs in your area of responsibility
Draw up and manage the department's budget and costs

Your assets

With a higher education in accounting, you have at least 10 years' experience in a similar role, ideally acquired within a large-scale group. You are recognized for your excellent technical skills and your perfect command of accounts payable.

You are familiar with Pack Office, business software, ERP P2P and have already worked in CSP mode. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion and initial experience of ERP migration would be appreciated.

As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and federate teams. You are also recognized for your leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Your adaptability, rigor, sense of discretion and ability to take the initiative no longer need to be demonstrated.
