Reporting to the Multi-Site Director, we are seeking a Site Manager for one of our clients in the freight transportation industry.
Your missions will be as follows:
- You manage and oversee the site: team sizing (recruitment, etc.),
- You will compile the weekly reports and send them to the regional office in Roissy-en-France,
- You work with your agency to manage contracts, amendments, bonuses, and overtime, providing the necessary information to the administrative departments for payroll and billing.
- You monitor the site's KPIs to ensure effective management and take corrective action if necessary.
- Ensure that key performance indicators are met and improve customer service,
- You will participate in continuous improvement and operational performance projects led by the Operational Performance Manager.
- You manage a team of about 10 employees, including 1 assistant site manager and 2 team leaders,
- You are on the ground to ensure that logistics operations run on time and in accordance with the quality and cost requirements set.
- You optimize team organization: you adjust schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
- You ensure that a good working environment is maintained.
- In an on-site context, you ensure customer satisfaction.
- You manage the daily interface with him.
- You ensure that the site complies with absolute security requirements.
- Previous experience in logistics in a site supervision or team management role,
- A minimum of two or three years of post-secondary education (or higher) in management, logistics, engineering, or a related field,
- Experience in participating in or managing continuous improvement/operational performance projects is desirable.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams,
- Proficiency in the computer tools required for managing site operations,
- Versatility, a sense of responsibility, and a focus on results,
- Team spirit, active listening, and the ability to take initiative
