Job offer MOA Area Manager F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

Based at the Marseille head office (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Digital Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing, with the corresponding business divisions, the multi-year digital trajectory and its annual variation concerning the ATM / planning area.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Steering the development of the trajectory with the business departments concerned
Guarantee the quality of the trajectory formalization and ensure its communication
Monitor the trajectory and lead the necessary arbitrations to respect the budgetary limits set
Draft or revise requirements specifications for projects to be launched
Validate project launch decision files (completeness of files, presentation of scenarios, reviews with various stakeholders, etc.).
Participate in studying solutions, benchmarking editors and invitations to tender for integrators
Manage or participate in the management of ATM / planning projects
Monitor dependencies between domain and cross-functional projects
Monitor technological developments in your field

Your assets

With a university degree (ESC, engineering school, etc.), you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, acquired in complex environments (large groups, multi-sites, multi-activities, etc.).

You are fully conversant with project management and change management techniques, and have a good knowledge of business areas related to ATM/resource planning.

You've already used process modeling and application mapping tools, and are familiar with the financial and budgetary management of IT projects.

A good listener, you have a real ability to target, understand and analyze user needs. You have a strong ability to work in collaborative mode, and are able to convince stakeholders to make the right decisions.

In addition, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills, adaptability, rigor and leadership.
