Your mission

 

Within our decommissioning and nuclear waste business, and as part of a maintenance engineering contract at the CEA site in Marcoule, we are seeking a Nuclear Maintenance Manager. 

 

 

As the Onet Technologies team leader, you will oversee the maintenance engineering activities carried out as part of the Maintenance Engineering, Coordination Support, Obsolescence Monitoring, and Warehouse Management programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our co-contractor and the client regarding activities within the scope of Onet Technologies.

 

 

Your main tasks will be as follows:

 

  • Manage and support the maintenance teams by ensuring the development of their skills and the quality of the services they provide;

 

  • Oversee maintenance engineering and coordination support activities in accordance with technical, contractual, and safety requirements;

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with our co-contractor and ensure effective collaboration among the various teams within the consortium;

 

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by proposing improvement plans aimed at optimizing maintenance strategies and plans;

 

  • Conduct or oversee technical analyses aimed at improving the reliability, availability, and longevity of facilities;

 

  • Help monitor maintenance operations in collaboration with the coordination teams and operators;

 

  • Help identify obsolescence issues and propose solutions tailored to the challenges faced by the facilities;

 

  • Ensure the quality of the technical deliverables produced by the teams and verify their approval;

 

  • Ensure that activities are reported to the client and project management;

 

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and radiation protection requirements.
Your assets

 

You hold a master’s degree (Bac +5) from a general engineering school or one specializing in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or nuclear engineering, and you have proven experience in maintenance engineering, ideally gained in a demanding industrial environment (nuclear, energy, petrochemicals, process industries, etc.).

 

You have strong analytical and synthesis skills and thrive in environments where continuous improvement, technical thinking, and problem-solving are central to the work.

 

Experience in team management, overseeing technical operations, or coordinating projects is a real asset.

You are known for your leadership, your organizational skills, your ability to bring teams together, and your interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of people.
