As an Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Building Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing, steering and supervising a variety of projects:

Leading and coordinating asset consulting and energy management initiatives on a property portfolio scale, guaranteeing quality, deadlines and customer satisfaction.
Manage projects and support teams (engineers and junior consultants) in carrying out assignments, acting as a technical and methodological reference.
Supervise and carry out assignments to optimize the performance of commercial buildings: energy and carbon audits, BMS audits, climate risk studies, ESG assessments, etc.
Implementing and managing certification processes for operations (HQE Exploitation, BREEAM In-Use).
Actively contribute to the internal development of knowledge and foresight (strategic and regulatory watch, technological innovations, international development, etc.), and to the sharing of knowledge within the team.

Your assets

With at least 5 years' successful experience in a similar position, you have a higher education qualification (Bac +5) in energy, energy engineering, energy efficiency, thermal engineering, sustainable building or the environment.

Above all, we're looking for a committed, experienced person who will be able to commit fully to his or her missions and contribute actively to the development of the division. Of course, we expect solid skills:

You are familiar with the challenges of energy and environmental efficiency in the building industry, as well as with certification procedures for operations (HQE Exploitation, BREEAM In-Use).
You are able to manage and steer complex projects independently, and know how to supervise a project team.
