Job Opening: IT Project Manager (M/F), Permanent Position, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Based at the corporate headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement), you will join the Group’s Information Systems and Digital Division. Reporting to the IS Domain Manager, you will lead projects from design through deployment, while ensuring that solutions remain operational.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Manage and coordinate ongoing and corrective maintenance activities for applications within the Front Office Operations scope.
Manage contractual relationships with suppliers within the scope of the project (license agreements, hosting agreements, media agreements, application management agreements, and ongoing and corrective maintenance agreements, etc.).
Promote the implementation of and compliance with standards and best practices for IT service management.
Gather, share, and challenge business needs.
Advise and support functional contacts when responding to requests for proposals.
Define human resources and technical skills requirements for the various phases and aspects of projects; keep the workload plan up to date throughout the projects.
Lead and manage the projects assigned to you.
Monitor the financial aspects of your projects and ongoing applications (budget, budget revisions, quotes, and billing).
Manage external stakeholders and support users throughout projects.

Your assets

You have a college degree (engineering school, master’s degree in computer science, etc.) and at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, gained in complex environments (large corporations, multi-site and multi-business organizations).

You have extensive experience leading digital and innovative projects and are eager to contribute to the digital transformation of the Onet Group and its business units. You are proficient in organizing, planning, and monitoring complex, large-scale projects. You are also comfortable working collaboratively and coordinating with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You are a good listener and a skilled educator, and you know how to understand, analyze, and define user needs. Furthermore, your adaptability, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and commitment to service enable you to thrive in complex and ever-changing environments.
