As an area manager (foreman), your role is key: you help to ensure the satisfaction of the customers in your portfolio (Clermont and surrounding area) as manager of the teams working on their sites. To do this, you work in close collaboration with the Operations Manager and the Branch Manager.
As part of your managerial role, you will be responsible for the organization and management of the sites in your geographical area of responsibility, both in terms of the staff who provide services to customers (recruitment, setting up, training), and in terms of the equipment and products required (orders and deliveries).
You ensure that your employees comply with health and safety procedures and instructions. You ensure compliance with the specifications linked to the services expected by your customers. You will regularly carry out checks on services rendered, draw up site reports and lead meetings with your customers, since you will be their main point of contact.
You will be provided with a company car to carry out your duties, a fixed salary over 13 months and an annual variable salary.
