Onet, leader in the Cleaning market, is seeking for its EVREUX PHARMA agency (located in Angerville la Campagne), a :
Area Manager M/F on permanent contract.
The Area Manager oversees the operational implementation of projects within his or her area. As a hands-on manager, he or she is the interface between the sales and operations teams.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for :
Operation :
- Supervise the organization of worksites and sites: personnel, work schedules, services, equipment, products, etc.
- Manage operations planning based on flows,
- Ensure proper management of the equipment pool,
- Check compliance with specifications,
- Analyze, comment on and summarize site reports with the Operations Manager or Director,
- Ensure customer reporting in collaboration with the Operations Manager and Quality Manager.
Business development :
- Regular follow-up of customers in your portfolio,
- Ensure customer satisfaction, interface with customers on a daily basis,
- Suggest additional and exceptional work,
- Draw up quotations.
H.R. management and Q.S.E. :
- Select and recruit staff,
- Transmit requests for contracts, amendments, bonuses and overtime, and invoices to the administrative department,
- Draw up schedules and clock in/out times,
- Ensure that personnel are trained, authorized and able to carry out the work, and that Q.S.E. procedures and operating methods are followed.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your mission will be to ensure the organization, sustainability and profitability of the commercial contracts entrusted to you.
