Reporting to the Branch Manager and the Operations Manager, you will manage your team to ensure the proper execution of services and cleaning, customer satisfaction and the achievement of your objectives. You will be in direct contact with your customers, and will be required to visit their sites and premises on a regular basis. Your missions are based around 4 main areas:
Management / Operations:
You manage employees, including Team Leaders and Service Agents.
You ensure the delivery of cleaning services by your team (often on staggered schedules) at client sites.
You optimize team assignments and schedule planning.
You ensure the stability of the social environment.
You supervise the organization of worksites and sites (staff, working hours, services, equipment, products) to ensure the financial profitability of your operations.
You ensure the proper management of the equipment fleet.
You conduct inspections and ensure compliance with the specifications.
- You will analyze, comment on, and synthesize site reports with the Operations Manager or Agency Director,
- You will ensure client reporting in collaboration with the Operations Manager and Quality Manager.
Business Development :
- You will regularly monitor clients within your portfolio,
You ensure client satisfaction and manage the daily interface with them.
You propose additional and exceptional works.
You prepare quotations.
Human Resources Management :
You select and recruit personnel.
In collaboration with your agency, you process requests for contracts, amendments, bonuses, and overtime, and transmit to administrative services all relevant information pertaining to contracts, payroll, and invoicing.
You manage weekly timesheets.
Ensure that personnel are trained, qualified, and competent to perform the tasks.
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment:
Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures and operating methods.
You represent the Company during the establishment of prevention plans and ensure their follow-up.
You monitor safety-related accreditations and authorizations.
If you have at least 2 or 3 years' higher education in management, business, administration, technology, hygiene, cleaning or equivalent, and have gained initial successful experience in site supervision and team management, this position may be of interest to you.
Ideally, you will have significant experience in the cleaning sector, but profiles with a background in operational team management in service, industry, logistics, retail or equivalent will also be considered.
You have a managerial temperament, strong organizational, interpersonal and sales skills, and a good command of IT tools.
