Offer description

Your mission

Reporting to the Onet Services La Rochelle Branch Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of cleaning and multiservice customers. 

 

Your missions are as follows:

 

Management :

  • Leading the teams and sectors under your responsibility. 

Technology:

  • Organization and management of worksites (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules) to ensure compliance with specifications.

Commercial :

  • Constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, promotion and quotation of additional and exceptional work.

Management / Administration :

  • Analysis and summary of site reports with the Agency Manager.

Human resources management :

  • Management of the recruitment process, personnel administration and agent training, control and management of time and attendance.

Health and safety :

  • Participation in drawing up prevention plans, monitoring authorizations, compliance with procedures.

Your assets

Do you have a Bac +2/Bac +3 in cleaning? 

Do you have a proven track record in management, site supervision and team leadership, ideally in the service sector?

Are you recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work as part of a team?
