Job offer: Food Industry Cleaning Sector Manager M/F Permanent contract Finistère (29)

Reporting to the Director of the Onet Services Industries Agroalimentaires Bretagne agency, you will manage a portfolio of clients in the food industry cleaning sector. Acting as a genuine liaison on the ground, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of services, customer satisfaction, and the performance of your teams.

This position is available as part of the agency's expansion.

Your missions are as follows:

Management :

Lead, supervise, and support operational teams at various client sites
Unite employees around the objectives of quality, safety, and performance

Technology:

Organizing and coordinating construction sites: staff planning, equipment and product management, setting work schedules
Ensure strict compliance with specifications and requirements specific to the agri-food sector.

Commercial :

Be the primary contact for customers and ensure regular communication.
Ensure their satisfaction and contribute to the agency's revenue growth (quotes for additional or exceptional work).

Management / Administration :

Analyze project results and monitor performance indicators
Carry out site reviews in collaboration with the Agency Management

Human resources management :

Participate in the recruitment, integration, and training of agents
Manage personnel administration (contract requests, leave, etc.) and track attendance records.

Health and safety :

Participate in the development of prevention plans
Monitor authorizations and ensure compliance with QHSE procedures on sites

Your assets

Two-year or three-year college degree, ideally in cleaning or services.
Proven experience in the food industry, with a good knowledge of hygiene and food safety requirements and current standards.
First successful experience in site management and team supervision, ideally in services or the food industry.
Comfortable in customer relations, with a strong sense of service and quality.
Organized, independent, recognized for your sense of responsibility and results-oriented approach.
Able to make decisions, manage priorities, and thrive in a demanding environment.
