Offer description

Your mission

Based at the Onet Services branch in Saint-Nazaire, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients for cleaning and multiservice solutions.

Your missions are as follows:

Management :

Leading the teams and sectors under your responsibility.

Technology:

Organization and management of worksites (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules) to ensure compliance with specifications.

Commercial :

Constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, promotion and quotation of additional and exceptional work.

Management / Administration :

Analysis and summary of project progress reports with the Branch Manager.

Human resources management :

Management of the recruitment process, personnel administration and agent training, control and management of time and attendance.

Health and safety :

Participation in drawing up prevention plans, monitoring authorizations, compliance with procedures.

Your assets

Two- or three-year post-secondary education in cleaning or services
Experience in management, construction site supervision, and team leadership, ideally in the services sector
Knowledge of the supermarket sector and/or school systems
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Sense of responsibility and results-oriented
Decision-making skills
