Your mission

We are recruiting for our design office in Pierrelatte a..:

 

Nuclear Risk Management Manager F/H

 

Working in our MRN (Nuclear Risk Management) department, you will support projects and provide expertise on technical aspects.

 

Your role is key: you will be involved in design, decommissioning or operating support projects for nuclear facilities, to meet our customers' requirements in terms of Safety, Fire, FSOH, Radiation Protection, Nuclear Measurements and Criticality.

 

As such, you will be responsible for the following tasks:


- Manage the department hierarchically

 


- Ensuring employee safety 

 


- Contribute to the performance of projects within your scope by guaranteeing compliance with the Cost-Quality-Delivery reference framework

 


- Manage the sizing and allocation of resources to match workloads

 


- Participate in responses to calls for tender

 


- Check and/or approve production

 


- Develop innovative solutions and drive innovation in its area of expertise

 


- Monitor technological and regulatory developments

 


- Participate in the capitalization and valorization of technical REX

 

As part of the Technical & Industrial Department, you will work in close collaboration with employees from various technical fields, engineering, project management, etc...

Your assets

You have a 5-year higher education qualification (engineering school or university equivalent) specializing in the nuclear industry, and specific training in ergonomics - human and social sciences.

 

You have significant experience in a similar position.

 

As a complex and standardized environment, the nuclear industry requires rigor and organization, as well as a good knowledge of current standards and regulations. You'll be able to adapt to the demands of the job, and work independently on your projects while listening to your peers.

 

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
