Offer description

Your mission

Reporting to the Multisite Director, as Site Manager you will coordinate and supervise the activities of a logistics site, with 50 to 80 employees, in technical, commercial (customer and supplier relations), legal (labor law, personnel management, etc.) and financial terms, in accordance with company directives, standards, regulations, labor law and QHSE. He/she manages one or more teams.

 

Your main activities are as follows: 

  • Develops and updates procedures, and monitors their application.
  • Monitors the operating budget for one or more sites, and participates in costing.
  • Organizes and coordinates the flow of information and operating instructions.
  • Monitors and analyzes departmental activity data and suggests areas for development and improvement.
  • Oversees operations planning based on activity.
  • Manages, leads, coordinates and organizes (in the absence of a Team Leader/Production Manager) the work of teams according to customer requests, activity follow-up and results.
  • Supervises personnel administration.
  • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory provisions and collective status (agreements, collective bargaining agreements).
  • Identifies and implements human resources management actions (headcount management, recruitment, skills development, follow-up of authorizations and permits, medical check-ups, disciplinary action, etc.) with the agreement of the Multisite Director/Multisite Manager in liaison with the Human Resources department.
  • Handles employee complaints and disputes.
  • Suggests changes for team members (remuneration, bonuses, career development).
  • Controls and enforces QHSE rules, manages PPE.
  • Manages a fleet of machines, equipment and premises.
  • Propose and monitor sales initiatives in conjunction with the Multisite Director/Multisite Manager and the sales department.
  • Participates in responding to calls for tender.
  • Helps build customer loyalty and develop customer relations.
  • Builds a loyal relationship with the customer, and promotes improvement, optimization and contract development.
  • Proposes and implements site organization methods in conjunction with the Multisite Director/Multisite Manager and the Methods Engineer.
  • Handles specific customer-related issues (disputes, technical studies, project follow-up, continuous improvement, QHSE).
  • Calls on multidisciplinary teams (HR, QHSE, Methods) as needed.
  • Ensures that service levels are maintained and that contract objectives (KPIs) are met.
Your assets

Ideally, you have over 3 years' experience in the aeronautical logistics sector. 

You have experience in personnel management and you know the basics of social legislation and regulations specific to the business (transport and goods regulations, supply chain management, quality standards, organization, site management, etc.).

You have a basic understanding of how a profit center works.

You are proficient in applicable IT tools and have solid office automation skills (Pack Office).

You contribute to the company's cybersecurity and RGPD: knowing how to recognize sensitive data.

You are recognized for your sense of service and customer relations.
