Job offer Site manager F/H CDI Seine et Marne (77)

Reporting to the Multisite Manager, you will manage your team to ensure the proper execution of logistics services, customer satisfaction and the achievement of your objectives. You are in direct contact with your customers, and regularly visit their sites and premises. Your missions are based around 4 main areas:

Management / Operations:

- You will supervise a minimum of 20 employees; team leaders and logistics handlers,

- You ensure that your team's logistics services are carried out,

- You optimize your teams' assignments and schedule planning,

- You ensure a lasting social climate,

Business Development :

- You ensure customer satisfaction and manage the daily interface with them,

- You propose additional and exceptional work,

Human Resources Management :

- You select and recruit staff,

- In collaboration with your agency, you make requests for contracts, amendments, bonuses and overtime, and pass on contract, payroll and invoicing information to the administrative departments,

- You carry out the weekly tally,

- You ensure that staff are trained, authorized and fit to carry out the work,

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment:

- You ensure that QHSE procedures and operating methods are respected,

- You represent the company when prevention plans are drawn up, and ensure that they are followed up,

- You monitor safety-related clearances and authorizations,

Your assets

You have at least 4 or 5 years' higher education in management, business, management or operations in the logistics field, and have a first successful experience in site supervision and team management.

You have a managerial temperament, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a good command of IT tools.

Versatile, respectful and a team player, you know how to listen and take initiative.
