Your role is important: you ensure a clean, healthy, and orderly environment for the occupants of the premises by managing the site's cleaning and maintenance teams. Through your work, you contribute to the satisfaction of our client based in Neuf-Brisach, 20 minutes from Colmar.

The activities carried out at our client's site include industrial cleaning, painting, tertiary cleaning, workshop floor cleaning, subcontractor management, multi-services, and overall contract management.

You will need to:

- Responsible for preparing and maintaining the premises
- Supervise on-duty employees, i.e., 30 to 40 people
- Guarantee and ensure qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Train new arrivals (cleaning methodology, establishment standards, use of equipment, best practices, recommended movements and postures to limit MSDs, service attitude, etc.)
- Draw up employee schedules
- Check the cleanliness of the establishment
- Ensure that the establishment's facilities and the equipment provided by the company (vacuum cleaners, trolleys, etc.) are in good working order
- Ensure that furniture, sanitary facilities, etc. are clean and in good condition
- Report any problems to the technical maintenance teams
- Monitor the performance of services
- Enforce the rules, instructions, and procedures of the establishment and Onet
- Be the primary contact for site management

Your assets

If you are motivated and hardworking, you already have some serious assets for this position. Previous experience in a similar role is welcome, and an industrial background would be a plus, but all profiles will be considered.

A hands-on person, you are known for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated.

You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.

You are comfortable in the following areas:

- French comprehension for instructions and feedback

- Autonomy in the workplace

- Team management

- The ability to identify the products and materials required

- Compliance with health and safety rules

- Reporting to line management
