Job offer: Site Manager (M/F) Permanent contract Saône-et-Loire (71)

Reporting to the Branch Manager and Area Manager, you will lead your team to ensure the smooth delivery of services, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of your objectives. You will be in direct contact with customers. Your responsibilities will focus on three main areas:

Management :

- You supervise a team of warehouse workers,

- You manage schedules,

- You ensure the sustainability of the social climate,

- You supervise the organization of the site (staff, work schedules, services) to ensure the financial profitability of your site.

- You ensure compliance with the specifications,

- You will be responsible for reporting to the client in collaboration with the Area Manager.

- You complete the weekly time sheets,

- You ensure that staff are trained, authorized, and capable of performing the work.

- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety instructions,

- You comply with security-related clearances and authorizations.

- Logistics training

- Knowledge of Excel

- SAP knowledge,

- CACES 2, 3, and 4 would be a plus

Your assets

If you have a background in logistics, then this position may be of interest to you.

Ideally, you will have significant experience in the logistics sector, but candidates with a background in operational team management in the service, industrial, retail, or equivalent sectors will also be considered.

You have a managerial temperament, strong organizational, interpersonal and sales skills, and a good command of IT tools.
